The Callebaut Callets are designed for melting and have a balanced milk, cocoa and caramel taste. The callets contain 33,6% cacao and are made from the finest Belgian chocolate. Suitable to make bonbons or chocolates. But also perfect for glazing your cupcake or cookie.
