Big Moca Pandan Extract Powder is versatile and suitable for both sweet and savoury dishes. Add it to cakes, sponge cakes, cupcakes, buttercream, cookies, pancakes, ice cream and desserts for a delicious pandan flavour and its signature green colour. It is also a popular ingredient in savoury recipes, including chicken dishes, curries, soups and rice dishes. Thanks to its concentrated form, only a small amount is needed.

Pandan has an intense, concentrated flavour, so a small amount is often enough. Start with approximately 1 teaspoon of powder per cake (roughly 3–5% of the flour weight, for example 3 g per 100 g of flour) and increase the amount to taste. First dissolve the powder in the liquid ingredients, such as coconut milk.
